The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort

"Excellent service from the staff! Check in was smooth and we were greeted with lei, refreshments, and a towel. Yvonne, Chris, Linda, and Summer were great to chat with at Piko Bar in the evenings. Getting a pizza there before closing (9pm) was a nice late snack. Loved chilling at the adult pool. Dinner at Meridia was fantastic. Room Cleaning staff was so nice and gracious and worked with our schedule when we would be out of the room. Resorts grounds were immaculate! Would definitely visit again!"

"If you are searching reviews in order to make a decision, STOP, and book this place. Great host. Wonderful, quiet location, comfy bed. Perfect place to stay while passing through town or staying to explore the Hilo side of the island. Highly recommend this host and will be back!"

"This was an amazing stay-cation!! From the beautiful property and the amazing rooms, the View, the rooms, the owners, the location, the entire stay was awesome!! Too short and I will definitely stay here again and again!! My family visiting from Montana, thought this place was just stunning and so did our local family!! Everything in the rooms and main house were fabulous!! Perfect location for going into Hilo town and definitely will look into a longer trip!! Thank you so much!! The Inn at Kulaniapia Falls

"Flies in the barn was an extreme nuisance. Uncut grass from cabin 5 to the barn was annoying. The falls was a amazing. However, be extremely careful if you take the short hike because the uneven rocks is a challenge especially if it rain (9 out 10 times it'll rain). Despite that, Jordan, Abby, & Cady (not in order) was top of line from hospitality, interaction, professionalism, tidiness, etc. & they wasn't ugly :-)"
