Staff was very helpful, my girlfriends phone was left in a taxi and the staff went out of their way to help us find the company and communicate with the taxi driver for us. All staff were very helpful and friendly

I liked the setting of the hotel that is surrounded with some restaurants that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner along with some shops that are convenient for your daily needs. The site is neat, well-landscaped and provide the sense of security. The front desk employees were nice and very helpful.

Wonderful hotel. Clean & spacious rooms, staff friendly & helpful. Outstanding breakfast! Walking distance to train station, old town & the famous old brewery mall. Bakery on site. This was our second time staying at Mercure in Poznan. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great Location, updated digital system gets 5 stars!!! Spacious SHOWER also is a great treat where old, narrow, uncomfortable bathtub-shower should be remove from small regular rooms!!

My family came to Poznan for a graduation and we chose the Sheraton due to its closeness to the place where the ceremony was held as well as its proximity to public transportation. It's on the main drag and only 15 minutes to the airport if that and can be reached by bus or taxi. The Rynek/Old Square is 10 minutes by tram or 30 minutes walking. We ended up getting breakfast included with our room- if it hadn't been included I don't think it would have been worth the price. They have eggs,...
