Clean room and easy check in/check out

Staffs are great, amenties also are good, however, the air conditiner in my room didn't work well sometimes. Once I asked front staff, my room become warm. After that, it is warmer than temperature I expected in spite of setting temperature. I mean control system is not good a bit. lt is within the condition I can sleep.

Very new hotel with potential. Had multiple issues with the door lock and there isn’t much noise dampening between rooms. We could hear thumping from kids jumping around above our room and could clearly hear the conversations from the next door room. Made it hard to sleep. Hope the hotel will make improvements.

It looks good and clean.

It's good that the trip was scheduled as it mentioned in the Expedia app. Some hidden fees are mentioned from the hotels, it could be specified more clearly in the app, so that clears most of the confusion when you arrive at the destination. Overall you can trust and book.
