"I had tried to cancel our booking well in advance and your system did not allow us to do that and in fact cancelled the wrong booking we had at one of the other hotels on your system instead. Terrible communication and system for people to work with. Will never book through the system again and we travel a lot."

"Room 256, Came to celebrate birthday in Calgary We found blood stain on bed and chocolate mini egg on the same bed. Asked front desk to do something she said I will give you sheets to change bed that was perfect example of hotels standard. Iron not working Side lamp not even attached to wall socket. Next day we were expecting stayover service to fix things but still nothing was done. Front desk asked the cleaning lady infront of us to clean the room at 3pm she refused right infront of our face. We checked out by 3:10 and still have photos of everything we witnessed. Refund our hard earned money and have better service."

"We stayed for one night while in town for a medical appointment and overall had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. One thing we really enjoyed was the pool area. It was clean, well-kept, and had a nice picnic area where families could bring in supper, sit together, and enjoy the pool and waterslides. It was a thoughtful touch that made the space feel very family-friendly. The main reason I rated the property maintenance lower was because the toilet seat in our room was in rough condition, with a significant amount of the finish bubbling & peeling. It looked worn and unsanitary, even though the bathroom itself appeared clean. This seems like a relatively inexpensive item to replace and would make a big difference in the overall impression of the room."
