"Staff were very helpful. Breakfast could be taken on rooftop terrace with a nice view including Blue Mosque. Short walk to main attractions. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Not the hotel’s fault but cost of eating out has risen significantly in recent years. Glass of house wine £8-£10. Beer £5. Main course average £15 ( steak £25). Standard room was not the biggest and ours was located at the back of the property with the view of a brick wall. Comfortable bed and in quiet location."

"This was a great budget-friendly option for Istanbul. It's within walking distance of many of the main tourist attractions and with good public transport connections. The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. The only small issue was that the bathroom had an open shower in the style of a wet room, but did not have sufficient drainage and as a result it flooded every time we showered."

"The staff are supper friendly and very helpful. They are very happy to assist the guests. For instance, they allowed me to check out an hour late and was able to arrange my transfer last minute at a cheaper rate than the locals. When I wanted to take tablets at night I called the reception and the guy was very helpful and bought me water to my room. They are exceptional and they honestly made my stay very warm and welcoming.
