"Our experience overall was great. We felt that the staff at breakfast could have been more engaging when she was asked a question. While your staff was cleaning up from breakfast, my husband politely asked if he could get a cup for a coffee and although she did get him a cup, to which he politely thanked her , she did not even respond with a word to either of my husband’s kind gestures of appreciation."
