"THE GOOD Staff was very friendly and room was spacious and surprisingly cleaner than expected Now THE BAD property (elevator, hallways and common areas are gross. Haven't been cleaned or touched up in years it looks like. The breakfast is literally oatmeal, mini waffles, bread, pastries and yogurt. No coffee maker in room so you have to go out of your room and down the stairs in 28 degree weather to get a coffee in the morning. Shower had zero hot water. Literally started at luke warm and got slowly colder within a minute. Told the front desk and they advised they only have two HWT and when the hotel is busy they can run out. This is a motel not a hotel. If you're looking for a decent place to stop and sleep and get back on the road than it's fine. Anything more than that, spend the money and go somewhere better. "

"It was early in the season, so not much going on. But, definitely a great time to visit and get a lot of R & R. Staff very friendly and room was clean. "

"Room was clean. Front desk person at night want really friendly. She wasn't rude just didn't smile. The night shift and day shift girl wee lovely. Breakfast wasn't bad. Muffins wee super fresh. Area felt very safe and a lot of places near by to eat at our shop. "

"This was a quick stay in the area to visit Babcock State Park, so needed nothing fancy. The room did have a stale smell when we walked in, not smoke but just not good smell. The carpet appeared to be dirty in some areas like not vacuumed but overall room was clean. The hotel was in a good area with other businesses around and convenient to the highway. The breakfast was decent enough and pretty standard for a free breakfast. Parking is on site and free. "

"We stayed in holly rock treehouse it was amazing. Quiet and peaceful out there. The raccoon was pretty sneaky lol. We absolutely loved our stay and plan on returning in the future. See ya again Country roads cabins. ❤️"
