โGood service, easy check-in, staff welcoming and happy to speak English. Room was big and clean with a great view, with everything, even USB charging cord.
Great location near many good restaurants and a shopping mall. Bus to Harbin airport and local metro are both walkable, but not short walks, some local buses right there though. โ
โ1. Check in is unprofessional, after getting my ID, front desk verified my phone number, after this step, they requested to see my original reservation receipt, which was very confusing. I asked something wrong? They said they just need to check. (Most of holiday in express can finish check in in 30 second, this one takes much longer time).

โThe property is a little bit outside of the city, but honestly, that was part of the charm! The owners are very kind and accommodating. Even though my party did not speak the best Chinese, we were checked into comfortable and clean rooms. We loved our stay there and it is foreigner approved!โ
โThis excellent hotel is located near train station. There are public buses to the central walking street and flood control monument. Famous dumpling restaurant chain nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, well decorated, clean and warm. One of my best hotel experience in China, and for a very reasonable price too. I would stay here again if visiting Harbin. Staff speak English.โ
