"The staff was very welcoming. The room was clean and neat. We found the breakfast options to be more than enough. We booked this room last minute due to our previous hotel being awful, and I could not have asked for a better place to land. I will stay here again the next time we are in the Lakeland area!"

"Check in at 3, we got there after 5 and room was not ready. Finally got a room 40 min later. Room was clean, strong lemon scent which died down later that evening. We were on the 6 floor. The next morning could not shower there was no water on the 6 floor. Staff apologized repeatedly but no compensation for no water or late on check in."
