What an absolutely lovely place to stay for a travel night. It was an entire one bedroom condo, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The price of the lodging was less than many motel rooms I've stayed in that offered much less than Elkhorn Village

Nice stay for value

Hot tub and steamer work great but new towels are needed! The sidewalks and stairs were very icy. The layout of the condo was nice and very comfortable. The check in and check out was very good.

The entire process of checking in was good. The unit was very clean and very equipped with meal prep on your own. The only issue having been the ability to hear the quests above us in every move they made. It was hard to sleep as we heard there movements and flushing toilets all night.

My condo was adorable. The pool area was fantastic. It was a short trip into Ketchum. The one day I thought a walk to town for lunch would be great. However i did not think of what the walk back would be like. All. Up. Hill. Lol. I've lived in Florida the last 12 years so I forgot what it was like to walk that far up hill. That was my fault. It was still a wonderful walk and an adventure.

Condo is located in a beautiful area surrounded by great views and close to Ketchum downtown and many outdoor activities. Biggest complete is no elevator in the #1 building and also must walk from parking to building #1 or climb the steps in building #2 to a bridge on level 2 which connects with #1. strange set up and if older is very difficult getting to the upper floors

Expensive. Needs renovation and a good clean.

The good - location, free transport, quiet. The bad - found an item of a very personal nature under the bedside table on checking in. Continuously found long black hairs on the furniture. Terrible draughts from the windows. The fan on the fire would not turn off. No natural light in the apartment. The handbasin and bath plugs did not stop the water from draining out. The bed had a plastic mattress protector. I mentioned all of this to the rental company but no service gesture was forthcoming.

Nice scenery that smells like a toilet

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. This is a small studio apartment inside of a country club HOA. You do not check in or out at the property. Check in is a few miles up the road. CANNOT CONTACT PERSONAL UNTIL 9am. Must park in underground garages on a First come first serve basis. They do not assign you a parking spot. If you are parked in the street they will tow your vehicle At your own expense. Entitled dog owners EVERYWHERE! To the point where you can’t walk or lay in the grass. Room has NO air conditioning. You have to open the windows for cool air (was 90 degrees on my visit), when I came back to the room, it smelled like dog feces. Owners have their priorities messed up. They have $500 kitchen knives but janky bathroom hardware. No elevator either. The restaurant on property does not open until 1130 for lunch. If you want breakfast you better make your own in the small kitchen provided or you will have to go to town to get something to eat. No meals (or anything else) are covered in the price of the booking. Housekeeping is basically nonexistent. You will pretty much be made to clean the room yourself.

Just one night in Ketchum before camping

We did not get an email/text with address code as usual. Realized we had to check into office first for instruction s (we could have done this at a hotel). We like contact less entry. Dead bird parts on balcony, bed very uncomfortable. Notes said to load dishwasher but there was no dishwasher! Buzzer someone scheduled by bed went off at 6am!
