Nice budget hotel located within Riverfront City. The standard double room is rather small but clean and adequate. Our room (109) faced the multi-storey carpark so there was a bit of noise but not a problem for us. Simple toiletries such as toothbrush with toothpaste, bath gel and shampoo, and a tiny soap are provided. 2 bottles of drinking water are provided too. There is a pantry area on each floor with a water dispenser and fridge for guests to use along with free coffee, tea and biscuits. Complementary breakfast is a simple buffet of local food like nasi lemak, fried noodles, eggs, bread and some cereal. There are lots of restaurants within Riverfront City so food is not a problem. Also there is an ECO Shop downstairs where you can do your shopping.

Easy and pleasant for business travel as you can find few stores in walking distance for food, leisure and even to catch a movie at the cinema. One improvement require though would be the tv's channel available in the hotel. All are local channels only which makes it least attractive

New, clean, nice environment but shoddy work

It is at The River Front which is a newly developed area (some shops nearby still not opened yet) but plenty of eateries nearby even cineplex. Room is clean and nicely decorated but can see some shoddy workmanship. There is a hole (not patched up) in the bathroom for putting in a water switch in the pipe inside the wall and one of the sockets at the table is dangling. There is a pantry on the first floor with free flow of tea coffee hot water etc and biscuits and pleasant environment within the hotel

Very helpful receptionist and the cozy place to stay. Just need to improve on the kitchen's side. I came down by 8.00a.m but there is only sausage and egg left. I need to ask them if any extra food,but thankfully they have it. Maybe they can improve on managing the foods and frequently check if the food already finished or not. Btw, I'll definitely stay there again if I go to Sg Petani. Thank you for the good services.😊

NEW HOTEL BUT NOT VERY WELL DESIGNED AND FURNISHED

Check in time was 2pm. We arrived at 2.30pm but our room was not ready. We were told to wait another 30mins. The room design was poorly thought of. There was a low hanging ceiling light that was made of iron and it was placed above the sofa. So every time you got up from the the sofa you would bump your head into it. There was no facial tissue/ hand wash/ shower curtain in the room/ bathroom. Also the hairdryer was attached to the room divider and the cord was very short and the nearest mirror was 4 feet away in the bathroom. Breakfast was very poor. The measly food ran out at 8.30am and there was no refill up until the time i left at 9am.

The room is small, especially the bathroom, but definitely worth the price. Love the deco and location. It is located quite distant from heavy city center, but in new developed area. Lovely street art nearby and even cinema located only few steps away. As well they provide free pantry with snack and tea available 24 hour
