"There was a palm tree to the side of our balcony but not a true block like other rooms. I feel the pools were small even though they had several it seemed people were on top of each other. Property was beautiful, amenities were plentiful no complaints. "

"hotel was easy to find, centrally located, and had visible signs to identify. There was plenty of 15 minute parking to itemize while checking in. We walked in and were immediately greeted and checked in . We weree red given a set of keys, a parking pass, our breakfast vouchers, and a list of numbers to call if we needed anything. I noticed that the hotel smelt really good, there was a well organized convience shop, water for your dog, and a pup cup area to treat your dog to a treat. There was a comfortable lobby area and everything was very clean. We then proceeded to park. There is a gate to keep others from using all the spots to goto the beach. This opens with your room key. We found a spot near the side entrance which is secure and accessible with room key. The parkling lot was clean, had a good amount of spaces, was safe and well lit. We got on the tiny side elevator up to the 5th floor. During our 4 day 3 night stay this elevator was Sandy- which is expected on the beach. We entered a clean room and it was a nice size. It was the handicap accessible room. The room had a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea maker, 2 cups, 5 coffee pods, a huge closet organizer with drawers and full length mirror, a chair and side table, 2 queen beds, and a nice size bathroom"

"Our stay at The Lofts was beyond excellent and exceeded our expectations. Our rooom was spacious and having a kitchenette was great, we appreciated the ground coffee and coffee maker. Parking was free and easy, the ice machine by the pool was very convenient and the water filtered. It's a lovely colorful property with a great heated pool and comfortable lawn chairs along with pool noodles and floats. "

"For the area, the resort has a lot to do which is great for kids. I think their restaurant selection could be better and I think they definitely need options for brunch choices. I think their rates are a bit high."

"Adorable resort. Room was clean and spacious. Beach area was gorgeous and beach staff were helpful and courteous despite the high winds. The younger man who checked us in was friendly and welcoming. The older man at front desk in the morning was nuts banging on our door at 11:05am pushing us out as we were gathering our bags. Anyway pretty great quick little stay overall :)"

"This could have been a great stay. The location and the property were both excellent. Our particular unit, however, was filthy. Both of the sliding glass doors had broken glass. The floors were so filthy that when we wiped up a minor spill with a towel the towel was black with filth, so much so that it wouldn't even wash out. --The carpet was so dirty that it felt sticky and we wouldn't walk on it without shoes. -- When we tried to use the oven the condo was filled with black acrid smoke as if someone sprayed oven cleaner in it but didn't wipe it out afterwards. So, the oven was unusable the entire time. We had to open the front and back doors three times to clear the smoke.There was a hole in the top sheet of the master bed the size of a quarter. --- SEE PHOTOS ---- there were zero cleaning supplies of any kind available and there was not even a set of salt and pepper shakers. The micro-coffee maker would only make about two cups at a time. --,a really terrible way to provide amenities for a unit that was very expensive per night when all of the fees are added. --- We informed the on-site management about the filth and oven issues twice. They said that they didn't manage this unit but would take care of it. Nothing was taken care of. --- HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED."
