Property is ok. There is no security, the garage door was broken so stays open. You don’t need to fob to floors so anyone can access all floors. The rooms are spacious and have a lovely view. Very quiet so you get a good night sleep. Room wasn’t very clean, backsplash had grease splatter all over, doors had finger marks all over, no attempt had been made to clean these high touch areas. When I had a shower, the shower head fell off and water shot out. I put the shower head back on and later that evening it fell off again. There were also a lot of ants in the kitchen. Not sure where they came from or went, they were gone in the morning! I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

I understand it was just a Studio room, but i was sent a text message confirming booking and did request ocean view or at least a view in that direction & Queen or King bed. The room i got was Street view and the bed was sagging in the middle, the windows were very small and really not able to look out of.

The unit was quiet and in a good location. Unfortunately the unit was not clean. The bed was made but the bed sheets and mattress protector was so dirty. The toilet was still dirty from previous guests. The blankets were dirty also with marks on it. I had to contact the front desk so they could come and check it out. They arranged for the cleaner to come and change the bed sheets. After travelling for almost 3 hrs all I wanted was to rest and I had to wait for all to be sorted and get a clean bed. So I don’t think it was a good experience.

Dissipating this time around.
Unfortunately the room above us may have been subject to being refurbished and furniture or tools were being dragged across the floor from about 6.30am which was really frustrating. Also 44B was being used and the closing of doors crashing were really frustrating. We have stayed here 6 times in the last 12 months and this is the first problem we have had.

Shower head fell off on my wife and hit her in the head, fell off it mount when used the shower. Looked like the room we were in was abused by previous occupants with scuff marks and damage to the entrance door to the room and damage through the room. Unusual design and not accommodation we would use again. The corridor lighting was like a disco light from about 3am going on and off constantly till the sun came up, was evident even with the curtains closed. Very disappointing for the price of the room.

Good location if you need to be near the hospital. Other than that it was a very vanilla unit, comfortable enough but nothing interesting about it. View of the river was okay but the whole area is so cookiecutter.
