"Staff member checking us in was unfamiliar with SERVICE dogs. That created a little friction, but was resolved. The room was comfortable, except for loud mechanical noises all night. The water pressure is excellent, but the shower is a bit small. The breakfast was adequate. "

"Our room was very large and clean. Breakfasts were good. The location is great and if you don’t want to pay to park in the hotel there is a free option nearby. The spa area is ok but you have to pay 30 euros per person for 90 mins. The WiFi in our room didn’t work for the first 2 days of our trip which was very annoying and no one seemed to care. "

"Hotel is lovely and the location perfect. Staff were exceptionally helpful with everything, including excellent restaurant recommendations. Easy walk to the old city, and parking in their lot a huge benefit. Highly recommend this hotel to get the most out of a visit to Gallipoli without having to navigate the old city streets with a car. The staff are absolutely awesome!
