Cental location for the right price

You get what you pay for. Its cheap but then the cost is cheap too. Room was clean and functional. If you want somewhere cheap and clean in a central location, this is ideal. Bear in mind..the cheapest rooms do not have windows.

Near shopping centre, Tunjungan Plaza. The location is behind the main road, not so good though. Wifi is on and off regularly. Bottle water not even 1 bottle is not provided. we drink water from water dispenser outside the room.Not good. Wall paper inside the room is a kind of yakki. Better has the white wall or has a painting instead.

We stayed in a large room with a “king” bed. Very spacious. Nice cold a/c and great TV. The staff was friendly and helpful. They brought me an iron and board to use. This hotel is a budget hotel so price was very good. I give it low marks for cleanliness and location. Loud music played until late at night and smokey smell through vents.

Pesanan menggunakan connecting door tidak bisa dipastikan ketersediaannya walaupun sudah booking dari 2 bulan sebelumnya. Walaupun pada saat hari h tersedia kamar dengan connecting door tersebut, namun kondisi kamar sangat terasa perbedaannya. Dimana kamar luas kamar walaupun pemesanan ukuran dua superior tetapi satu kamar sangat terasa sempit dan berbeda ukurannya. Pada kamar yg lebih kecil tersebut juga awalnya dapat keset yang sudah rombeng. Shower juga pancurannya sudah tidak bagus. Sangat berbeda dengan kondisi kamar sebelahnya. Lokasi yang baik dekat dengan TP menjadi poin plus yang penting

Should book breakfast when booking for the rooms because if you do it, you'll pay only 4 AUD each breakfast. The breakfast was quite good. A lot of food, drinks, snacks, fruits, etc. Buffet style. If you pay for breakfast not included with your rooms rate, it would be 6.6 AUD each breakfast. I think it's the same price at Fave Hotels Indonesia wide. The standard double room was for one person only judging by the size but quite good by the price at 25 AUD a night. Hot water worked but water volume and water pressure were not so good.The hotel had food courts within the hotel, a gym, restaurants, balcony cafe/karaoke room. It always had so many quests (many rooms filled) each day. Boncafe steak house was just across the hotel and Alfamart was a few houses away from the hotel (alfamart is a mini supermarket like seven elevens in many countries but it is also the place where you can buy prepaid minutes and Internet data for your mobile phones). It was probably 5-6 minutes walk to Tunjungan Plaza. I think for the price of the nightly room at the hotel, the hotel is good.

Comfortable but there's room for improvement ...

The stay was comfortable and the FO and Housekeeping staff were friendly. Please improve on breakfast buffet menu, its set up, cleanliness and noticed the staff at the breakfast venue were not so friendly and cheerful. The gym needs attention as the air-cond system was not working. I believe this hotel can further improve and will definitely come again to stay at this hotel.

Location is good if you're looking in the middle of city, next to big Tunjungan Plaza shopping mall. Room quality and bedding .... clean, but could be improved with better linen and possibly towel It's ok for its price.

Nice hotel and just a step away from the big mall

I was late check out, almost midnight but the staff is very helpfull. Some parts of the hotel is under renovation but not causing disturbances for the guest. The room is small but clean. AC, TV and other room equipments are working well. The price is fair.

Convenient location . Located away from the main busy road but just a few minutes walk to Tunjungan Plaza where I can find my shopping needs & plenty of food choices. Secured place as you need the access card to open the door at lift lobby .
