The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and its staff is extremely cordial and accommodating; however, as I was walking one night back to the hotel on Kecilung Jl., I was shocked at the sight of a huge pile of garbage just less than 100 meters from the hotel, with rats feasting on the rotted leftover food inside the bags. If this issue is not addressed, future tourists might look for other places to stay. Please take this as a constructive criticism for the betterment of your wonderful hotel.

All of the hotel staff is friendly and helpful! The area around the hotel is safe, walkable, and clean.
The breakfast spreads is excellent. The food is fresh and the staff is very attentive. Elisa has always greeted us with a smile and very courteous. She is the epitome of the excellent customer service!
