“Staff was very helpful and attentive. They were also engaging and planned activities to do during the week which was great. The rooms were nice and extra kitchen amenities were a plus. The AC units in the room were a bit outdated but kept the rooms cooled. The breakfast buffet was also good and fresh, although they ran out of one item once. We had a pretty large party. “I didn’t like that the pool bar was closed and open on Friday for a limited time. I had some problems with my room and didn’t understand how housekeeping didn’t address. However, when I did they took care of the problem quickly. I found some of the staff not to be friendly. They ran out of towels for the pool quickly. “Excellent place and worth the money we paid. It’s very close to the beach and many other places. The staff are super friendly, lovely pool for the kids. The garden and the pool area is very comfortable. Glad to haven been there for 3 nights.”

“Lovely hotel. Room was very comfortable with good amenities. There were groups of sports teams from the UK there. Unfortunately when they arrived the restaurant focused more on them than the other guests resulting in long wait times to order and receive food and drink. You must treat ALL your guests appropriately. I believe the hotel was built in 2003. They can use some upgrades. The rooms have actual "keys" instead of key cards. Overall, my stay was very pleasant.
