"Its not cheap - but its Switzerland. And when you factor that in the cost is reasonable. Everything new, shiny and efficient. Staff very professional. Breakfast good, but why no fresh orange juice?!"

"Incredible atmosphere and staff, having a hotel on the waterfall is nothing short of beautiful. Only negative about the hotel is its accessibility. If you like to go out past 5pm, your return options are very limited unless you are driving. The hotel does provide some free transportation, which was great from getting to/from the train stop. No AC, but they provided fans upon request. We were there on the hottest day of the year and it wasn’t so bad. Any other time of year and it is probably not even noticable. Amazing included breakfast buffet. Restaurants are very nice, but pricey. Good wine selection."
