"The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. We were told that there would be a disco at night and it should finish at 12.30 - it finished at 2 and the music was thumping through all the rooms. There was a gap of almost 1 cm down the side of the door frame which we could see through which was somewhat unsettling. We also could not understand why there was a kettle in the room - there were no cups, no coffee/tea and no electric cable to plug...

"The Globe Inn is a little gem. Lovely public house with air conditioning and tv sports. Well stocked bar and food good quality. Prices reasonable too. Room was compact but clean and comfortable. Car park adjacent which is free after 6pm although accommodation will fund after 4:30. Was an ideal little stop over which suited our needs for 1 night. Highly recommend."
