Good one night stay if you just need a bed. Very clean and crisp sheets, quiet but feels abandoned. Arriving, you have to call for a front desk person for assistance. Then you’re on your own for everything else. But expected at these rates. Overall an average stay.

This is an old motel. The way that it used to be is long gone by. The room they put me in was out back and just deteriorated conditions. But entering my room it was clean, the sheets were bright white and searched for never a bug seen. The shower was hot and easy to use. The TV worked well. If you need a place to crash for the night - it worked for me.

On 5/16/25, I stayed one night at the Red Roof Inn at 200 Worcester-Providence Turnpike in Sutton. I'd come to visit a sick friend, and booked the hotel for two nights through Hotels.com. I checked in late, and was given room 113. As soon as I walked in the lobby of the hotel, I thought I'd made a mistake. Ramshackle filthy. Not like any Red Roof Inn I remember. Once I walked in through the door of the room, I knew I'd made a HUGE mistake. Ramshackle and filthy, and now with an indescribable odor. I called the desk immediately and told them that I wouldn't be able to stay in the room. I was told that I had the last room in the hotel. I'm not a picky person. I chose the hotel because I felt "safe" using Hotels.com, and because all I need is a clean bed, hot shower, and a working TV! I decided that I was "stuck" because of the late hour, and decided that I'd get used to the stench. Not even with my CPAP mask on my face did this happen. I slept poorly, showered, and put my things in the car. I headed to the front desk and told the young man everything. I said that I wanted a full refund, and that I'd be following through with Hotels.com.

Wedding overnight

Staying overnight for a wedding. Our room was clean and spacious. The lobby had a distinct smell of cleaning products, but it didn’t bother us. Very convenient to the wedding venue.

Not the worst. Housekeeping only comes if you call the desk. Outlets by the bed did not work at all. Very old shower. It's okay if you want cheap. TV was at least 15 years old.

Entrance and exit off route 146 are poorly marked and require hard braking and acceleration off and on the highway. Locks on sliding window were non- functional. Walls are thin so music played next door comes through - ear plugs or ear buds recommended.
