何年か前に利用しましたが、その時よりもリニューアルされたようで設備もとても良くて何よりどこに行くにも便利な場所です。スタッフの方々がとても親切なので滞在中は楽しく過ごせました。少し残念なのは掃除する方の髪の毛なのか所々に落ちてたのと、2人で利用したのにバスタオルが1枚しかなかった事くらいです。それ以外はとても良いホテルなのでまた次も利用しようと思います。

친절하고 깨끗해서 만족스러운 방문이었습니다. 청소도 잘 해주셨구요. 머무르는 동안 조용했습니다. 주변에 안양역 및 대중교통이 잘 되어있어서 이동하기에도 좋았습니다.

건물내에 있는 주차타워는 사용하고 있지 않았지만 직원분이 나오셔서 주차자리도 마련해주셨고 친절한 안내가 좋았어요. 방도 깔끔하고 안양에 들리면 다시 한번 찾고 싶은 숙소였어요.

출장으로 이용했습니다. 객실 쾌적하고 침구도 편해서 푹 쉴 수 있었네요. 청소 상태가 걸리는 부분이 있었으나 프론트 직원분께서 잘 대응 해주셨어요. 복도-객실 사이의 방음이 약해서 타 객실 소음이 복도를 통해 들어옵니다.

출장 숙박 이용 용도로 그럭저럭

출장 중 이용한 숙박으로 스타일러가 있어 괜찮았다 스타일러 하나만 보고 예약을 한다면 괜찮을 뿐 다른 점을 기대하기엔 조금 부족하다 1. 수건이 3장 있었는데 모든 수건이 사용이 오래되어서 구멍이 나 있었다 2. 이불에서 담배 냄새가 난다 3. 주차 시설이 부족하다 (6개) 4. 화장실에서 특유의 냄새가 올라온다

청결상태 완전 꽝입니다

ถือว่าโอเคระดับนึง ใกล้สถานที่ในการช๊อปปิ้ง ใกล้สถานีรถไฟฟ้า อาจจะมีข้อเสียนึดนึงเรื่องเสียประตูเหมือนมีลมกระแทกจนทำให้ประตูเหมือนมีคนมาบิดประตู

모텔이더군요.. 직원도 너무 불친절했습니다. 남편과 둘이 갔는데 이름 물어보고 키 주더니 아무말 없네요. 투명인간 취급 장난아니네요. 룸 컨디션 좋아보여서 기분이 살짝 풀릴려고할때 ㅡㅡ 베개밑에서 꼬부랑 털이.........진짜 최악입니다.

체크인 시간 확인 후 결재하시길 바랍니다.

결재할 때까지만 해도 체크인 시간이 22시라는 것이 명시가 되어 있지 않은 상태였습니다. 결재하고 이동 중에 메일로 전달을 받았을 때의 당혹감이란... 22시체크인에 12시 퇴실 치고는 비용이 상당히 비쌌다고 생각합니다. 객실내에 모기가 상당히 많았습니다. 숙면을 취하기 힘들 정도로...

安養駅からとても近くてどこに行くにも便利です。部屋も掃除が行き届いていて気持ちよく過ごすことができました。ホテルの方もとても親切にして下さったので次にまた安養に行った時にはこのホテルに行きたいと思います。

음.. 우선 객실 내부는 깨끗하고 건물도 새건물이라 좋습니다. 난방도 잘되고 소음도 없구요..근데 호텔이라고 했는데 모텔 겸용이네요. 대실도 겸업하는 점 참고하세요

체크인 시간 주의. 깔끔함.

낙후된 호텔들이 많은 곳이라 최대한 깨끗하고 새로 지은 곳으로 찾았습니다. 건물 외관은 깨끗해 보여서 좋았으나 방에 모기가 많았고 일단 체크인이 10시부터란 걸 당일에 알게 되어 난감했습니다. 대실이 많은 곳인가 봅니다. 연인끼리 쓰기엔 대실이나 숙박이 나쁘진 않다고 생각합니다.

연박은 하지 않으셔야 할 호텔입니다.

연박으로 예약하고 방문 했습니다. 그런데 체크인 하고 룸에 올라오니 다음날 오후에 체크 아웃 하고 22시 이후에 다시 체크인을 해야 한다고 이야기를 하시더라구요. 연박에 의미는 체크아웃을 하지 않고 숙박 하는걸로 알고 있고 사전에 그런 공지는 보지 못했다고 했더니 예약 사이트에 올려놨고 그걸 보라고 하길래 예약 사이트에서 확인 해도 그 어떤 공지도 없다고 했더니 호텔 담당자가 호텔 예약 관리 해주는 업체에 전화 해보라고 본인들은 그렇게 요청을 했다고 하더라구요. 제가 직접 호텔 예약 관리 업체 담당자와 통화 했는데 그 업체도 처음 듣는 이야기며 호텔 담당자와 통화 해보겠다고 하더니 호텔측에 착오라며 체크아웃 없이 이용 가능 하다고 하더라구요. 예약 하고 체크인 하기 전에 연락해서 알려준 공지도 아니고 체크인 하고 룸에 올라가니 다음날 체크아웃 하고 다시 체크인을 하라고 하는건 저만 이해를 하지 못하는 부분인지......자주 이용 하던 곳인데 굉장히 기분이 나빴습니다. 본인들 실수로 그런 상황이 생긴거면 본인들이 담당 업체와 통화를 해야지 손님한테 하라고 하는것도 책임감이 없어 보였습니다. 호텔이라면 호텔에 맞는 서비스와 책임이 필요 하다 생각합니다.
