Affordable hotel but rooms are old and cold
The exterior of the hotel was good however the rooms are not as comfortable as seen in the photo. I guess the size of the room you get for that price is huge but the rooms were a little too old. I visited during winter and there was no heating control in the room which meant that it was central heating. However I was freezing cold throughout the night. Also the rooms are non smoking rooms but as soon as you walk in, you can smell the cigarettes. The windows are easy to open and when you open it, you can see the remains of the ciagarettes on the window as well. Personally I would not re-visit but you get what you paid for.

Parking is easy and very convenient. Room are not too clean, toilet slippers are very dirty... stayed 2 days, but there is no daily cleaning. What I like is only staffs are friendly.

A terrible motel
The room was literally filthy, no updates and cold. After the sunset at around 5:40pm, requested the front counter to turn on the heat - but it never happened. The TV had only 3 Chinese channels with no English Channel. The counter staff was a foreigner who did not understand Korean or English. I moved to other hotel immediately. Do not book here. You will regret it.

인계동 가까우난 전반적 관리상태는 그다지 좋지 않았던 호텔
직원이 한분만 계셔서 응대에 한계가 있습니다. 위치는 인계동상권안에 있지만 인계동 핵심상권과는 약간의 거리가 있습니다. 주차장을 확보하고 있으나 공간이 여유로운 편은 아닙니다. 약간 오래된 건물이나 비교적 잘 관리되고 있습니다. 청소상태는 양호하지 않았습니다.

평범한 모텔 수준의 룸
룸 컨디션은 나쁘지 않았는데, 난방을 난방기구 하나로 조절하는 건지 조금 추운 편이었고.. 중국인 단체 손님이 있었는데 체크인 할 때부터 어수선했는데 역시나 너무 시끄러워서 제대로 잠을 못잤습니다...

강력 비추
객실에 머리카락 뭉치들 굴러다님. 그래서 다시 다 청소하고 씀. 조식 가능하다는 설명 확인하고 갔지만 그런 거 없음. 아직도 여러 사이트에 조식뷔페 가능하다고 되어 있으나 뻥임. 샤워실에 샤워기 부서져 있음. 이건 진짜 처음 겪는 일. 투숙일이 11월 9일로 꽤 쌀쌀한 날이었으나 난방도 안해줌. 다음날 따지니 "어떤 손님은 에어콘 틀어달라고 한다" 되지도 않는 소리 시전. 총체적으로 강력 비추.

가족끼리 갔는데 모텔수준이라 권하고 싶지 않습니다. 호텔보다는 모텔에 가깝습니다. 냉장고도 청소도 하나도 안되어있고 너무 비위생적입니다. 주차장도 협소하고 가족들과 같이갔을시에는 권하고 싶지 않습니다. 옛날건물이나 많이 노후되었네여

조식없어용
다른 숙박이랑 비교하다가 그래도 조식 때문에 여기를 선택했는데 다른 단체 손님이 예약을 취소하셔서 조식을 준비못하셨다고 하시네요.. 그것도 먼저 안내가 아닌 저희가 여쭤봐서 알게 된 부분이구요.. 먼저 안여쭤봤다면 아침부터 일어나서 조식 먹으러 내려올뻔했어요^^ 주변 위치는 좋지만 조식이 아니였다면 저희는 이용하지 않았을꺼 같아요~ 여기 오시는 분들은 꼭 조식이 되는지 한 번 여쭤보고 이용하시면 될꺼 같아요^^

수원시청역 바로 가까이있어 이동하기도 편하고, 깨끗하고 좋습니다.

카운터 직원이 훌륭하세요.
수원시청 바로 뒤편이라 조용했고, 먹거리도 편안했으며, 커피를 즐기는 편인데 바로 앞에 저렴하면서도 맛이 좋은 커피숍이 있어서 좋았습니다. 두루두루 맘에 드는 좋은 호텔이었습니다.

사진이랑 다르고 가격대비 너무 별로고 모텔인듯해요
사진이랑 다르고 오래된 모텔에 조금 인테리어만 바꾼듯하네요. 심지어 따뜻한물도 잘안나오고 변기물도 안내려가서 놀랬네요. 린스도 없었고 빗도없고 호텔인줄 알았는데 요즘 모텔보다도 시설도 안좋네요. 수건도 올이나가있는 오래된수건이었어요. 쉐이빙폼인지 뭔가있는데 다 녹슬어져있었고 스킨로션?인가 있었는데 먼지구덩이에 있었고 가격 대비로도 정말 별로입니다.

가격 대비 좋습니다!~
출장 차 방문하여 늦은 시간 체크인 하였는데 해당 호텔 측에서 배려해 주셔서 편안하게 쉬고 출근할 수 있었습니다. ^ ^ 위치는 수원시청역에서 도보 3분 정도이고, 수원시청 청사 바로 뒤에 있어 찾기는 쉬우나, 유흥가에 위치하여 밤 늦게 혼자 가기에 약간 무서운 느낌일 수도 있습니다. 호텔 측 직원 분들은 친절하셨어요~ 방 상태는 깨끗하고, 겨울인데 더울 정도로 난방도 짱짱합니다. 저렴한 가격에 따뜻하고 청결하게 쉬시고 싶으시다면 추천 드립니다~

친절하고 대체로 깔끔, 교통 편리해요
"장점": 프런트 직원이 (특히 여직원) 매우 친절하고 상냥함, 숙박수험생을 위한 무료셔틀버스를 운영, 깔끔하고 예쁜 넓은 호텔룸 디자인, 인근에 편의점과 홈플러스와 지하철역 위치, 샤워기 수전 고급사양, 조용함 "단점": 컴퓨터 의자와 화장실 잡지꽂이에 먼지 많음, 드라이어를 고장난 제품 비치(참고하라고 나오면서 알려주니 프런트 여직원이 거듭 사과함)
장점은 더 살리고 단점은 수정하도록 하겠습니다. 이용해 주셔서 감사합니다.

가격대비 룸이 크고 이동이 편리함
출장차 저렴한 가격에 1박함 주변지역이 약간 시끄러웠으나 가격대비 룸이 커서 편안했음 앞쪽으로 지하철이 있고 대형마트가 있어 이동 및 물건 구매기 쉬움 차량 배터리가 방전되어 어려움을 격을때 호텔에서 직접 해결해주고 전압?까지 체크해줌
