The room card was very difficult to use when tapping in the elevator trying to access your floor. "Really loved the luxury of the property, super nice. The breakfast was great as well. Staff was good, but needed to be more friendly to English speakers, if they can. Rooms were fantastic. Only thing I was frustrated about was that the front desk did not honor my Hilton honors rewards because I booked through a 3rd party site, which I have done numerous times before and gotten credit. Pretty silly policy that was not mitigated. "

"I had two nights stay in this hotel. the location is great, short walks to food, shopping , café and subway station. even though it is close to some very busy and crowded streets, my room is nice and quiet . stuff are very friendly. definitely will stay here again. "
