โAll as described. Suggest requesting a room away from main road but lovely decor , fancy coffee machine and great shower. Parking in Bath Road immediately behind is only ยฃ1 for 3 hours so ยฃ8 for 24hours. Happy to return โ
โI've stayed at this hotel many times and this was my fourth visit this year, facilities are superb, beach and marina within touching distance, city centre just a few minutes walk away, great location for the Mumbles and all the beaches in the Gower.โ

Full use of facilities ! Pool and spa areas were so clean. Room was perfect. Although need bigger coffee cups ๐ and couldn't find drinking water or bottle water to buy.
Was a lot of confusion due to booking club room with Expedia check in they say have free breakfast and then get to breakfast in morning ...... ยฃ25 for two because you didn't book directly through village was a bit annoying because we'd already eaten it.
Won't stop...
โWe had a fantastic stay at Patrickโs Boathouse. The hosts were extremely accommodating, the room was great and really spacious with a super comfy bed. A simple breakfast was available in the room. I would definitely recommend and stay again if I was in Mumbles. โ
