Die Sauberkeit war gut, die Betten bequem. Negativ: Heizung wird nicht richtig warm. Die Ausstattung im Küchenbereich ist spärlich. Es fehlen z. B. Flaschenöffner, Nudelsieb und einige andere nützliche Dinge. Es gibt keinen Ansprechpartnern, obwohl offenbar eine Verbindung zum "Laguna" besteht. Die Vermieter Renters.pl sind eine Katastrophe, wir fanden uns zwischen Baumaterial und Arbeitern auf unserem Balkon wieder! Kommunikation mit Renters.pl nur per Chat, unsere Bitte nach einer abderen Unterkunft wurde nicht mal beantwortet, es wurde behauptet, man hätte die Bauarbeiten kommuniziert. Der Hinweis fand sich dann nach langem Suchen auf der Website des Unternehmens...da kommt man aber erst nach der verbindlichen zahlungspflichtigen Buchung ohne Stornieren hin! Hier wird vermietet ohne Rücksicht auf die Gäste, bei laufenden Bauarbeiten. Das war unser mit Abstand schlimmster Urlaub, und wir reisen viel, können uns also durchaus ein Urteil erlauben. Renters.pl: Danke für nichts!
