"My stay at the Holiday Inn was overall comfortable and convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and provided all the basic amenities needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated having a quiet environment that made it easy to rest after a long day. The hotel’s location was practical, with easy access to nearby restaurants and main roads, which made getting around Plainview simple. There is also a Walmart nearby, which was very convenient for picking up snacks, travel essentials, and anything needed during the stay."

"The hotel is connected to a local, very loud bar. Loud patrons, loud motorcycles, etc. The rooms were okay. The floors were a bit dusty, the bathroom had great counter space, so that was nice. The bed was comfortable. The room could have used more rugs because the floors were loud. The wifi info provided did not work. Didn't make breakfast because it was only until 9am, should be more like 10am. Good location."

"The room itself was fine. Bed was comfortable. Shower had lots of pressure. The room had new bedding when we arrived, but the room was filthy. Other people’s facial shavings in the sink , bowel movements in the toilet , floors were covered in dirt , fixtures covered in dust. Wi-Fi did not work. says they’re vending machines that they did not. Has affordable washer and dryer. Good enough for the money I suppose. Just bring cleaning supplies."

"No one was there to check us in. The room was filthy, the toilet ran constantly, the water was brown, we found ants and gnats in the room. We tried to over look the conditions because we were very tired from a day on the road but we had to leave when we found bed bugs. To make things worse the manager did not answer my any of calls. We had to rent another room for the night. The Budget Inn down the road is a much better choice. "
