Amazing room, view was incredible. Very comfortable bed, luxe bathroom and spacious living areas. Buffet breakfast was to die for, best one I’ve ever had. Staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect to your needs. Can’t wait to come back for another special occasion

House Keeping is under par for a establishment that's 5 Stars, I left the room in the mornings indicating the need for house keeping, came back around 3pm in the afternoon, the room was yet to be cleaned, no bottled water was provided, no tea or coffee or anything in the minibar. The wait for getting my parking ticket validated took from 5 -15mins depending on people checking in or out of the hotel, which was a little annoying for something so simple as putting the ticket through a machine. Beside the location being in the middle of CBD and walkable to many food options, I was unfortunately disappointed by the stay.
