Very accommodating Host and waited for me to arrive. So 5 stars for amazing service. This room is not part of the actual Hotel but a private room run by a third party. The actual room was very clean and Queen bed was comfy. but only 3 stars due to being old and a bit tired especially bathroom and furniture. Overall 4 stars

Room was fine, but lacking in a few items. Things like the dish sponge weren’t new or clean. I had to wash all of the dishes as a few had leftover food on them. No basics like salt and pepper, shampoo or conditioner etc. Not enough towels for the length of our stay. Pool was lovely and had a great view. Check-in was a bit inconvenient and confusing, but this was mainly because the email from the property went to my spam inbox, so I wasn’t aware I had to give them prior notice of my arrival time. Good location.

I recently stayed in a private apartment located inside this hotel, and unfortunately my experience was far from ideal. From the moment I entered the building, the smell in the common areas—and later in my room—was unpleasant. The bathroom was dirty, and I even had to wash my own glass just to get water. The utensils provided in the apartment were also dirty, which made the stay even more disappointing. Another major issue is that the building is directly in front of an extremely noisy street at night, making it difficult to get proper rest. Parking is not included, and if you want to park in the building, be prepared to pay $50 per night. The most positive point of the entire stay was the rooftop pool and spa, which are genuinely beautiful and well-maintained. Overall, I would not recommend this property unless the management addresses the cleanliness issues and provides clearer information about parking costs.

Not suitable for business travellers. Needs a lot more amenities if it's to be used by business travellers. For example, bathroom consumables (shampoo, body wash and tissues) and appliances like hair dryer. Check-in was ok but not a great experience. Room was also not serviced daily even though the advertisement said daily. housekeeping.
