Very nice and helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was nice and with great varieties Rooms are clean and delicately decorated. While I was bringing a child with us, the housekeeping did prepare a third set of towels for us - we don’t need to make any special request every night.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Novotel Darling Harbour. The location is excellent, with easy access to Darling Harbour, restaurants, attractions and public transport, making it a very convenient base for exploring Sydney. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the hotel had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. Overall, Novotel Darling Harbour was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, particularly because of its fantastic location. We would happily stay here again on a future trip to Sydney.

Stayed three nights. Room was tidy and the location was good. Room did not get serviced though, we forgot to request this the second day on our way out on the panel by the door - so we called reception to verbally request. We were told it would be serviced but it didn't happen so had to call for fresh towels when we got back at 7pm. Bathroom frosted door provides no privacy

Perfect location for us to attend a business event at the Sydney ICC, which is a 2 min walk. So close to so many great restaurants, and the Pump House bar was a great venue to wind down after a very full-on day. Hotel rooms were great and very comfortable. Staff were also fantastic and very helpful.

Our 3 night stay was very comfortable and the location is excellent. The staff were great and always trying to make our stay easy. We have a 1 year old and she was given a toy on arrival and our room was big enough for a cot so we never felt too cramped. Thanks for a great stay!
