When we arrived we did have a minor cleaning issue, however the staff was very friendly and quickly went above and beyond to correct the issue with professionalism and ease. Location was great, was within walking distance of most things we wanted to see in Sydney. Great sized apartment which was perfect for our family of 4. Would have given 5 stars but was slightly let down by not knowing that the pool was going to be out of action during our stay. Under maintenance.

Room was clean and modern. Staff were very warm and welcoming. While checking in I saw a very difficult guest making unreasonable demands who was being dealt with by a receptionist with incredible kindness, patience, professionalism, and grace. An excellent example of what good service requires.

We stayed over in a studio apartment, booked at short notice. It was very spacious and comfortable but a bit “tired” decor and facilities wise. It had a full kitchen and fridge, with separated washer & dryer. Checkin was open until late and staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Great location at the north end of the city and an easy walk to The Rocks and the cbd.

Great position. Close to the bridge, the Rocks, Circular Quay, Barangaroo and Wynyard station. Room was surprisingly large and fully self contained. Unfortunately there were building works so the pool, spa and sauna were not available. Queen bed uncomfortable and air conditioning kept making an intermittent funny noise. The sesk person lacked personality and could have been more cheerful. Having said all of this we still enjoyed our stay but would only go back if a king bed was available.

The room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, and a small kitchen with a normal size fridge. The location is very convenient in all respects, transportation to the airport, dining, shopping and sightseeing. Breakfast is provided in the nearby Amora Hotel. I certainly will book it again on my next visit.
