"This is a motel not a hotel. They have done everything they can to make customers feel like a hotel. But it is an old building and all hallways are open air. "

"Check in/out staff were great. Room had no running water I tried different faucets for a considerable time (8th floor room) and water was very cold so I had to skip my shower during the stay. Disappointing. Room was dark but had what I needed so served the purpose for the night. Great location in city center so gets a higher rating but it is tired and needs a facelift. "

Hint: when transiting through the traffic circle, stay in the outer lane. The turn into the hotel property is where the McDonalds is. It's easy to miss, which means you have to turn around and go back through the traffic circle."
