I'm torn on how I feel about the check in kiosks. Fabulous idea on how quick it is to check in. Ironically, the down side of the kiosk check in is that there's no human to talk to to make sure the room is what you asked for. I requested a room near the elevator, as my travel partner had knee surgery and long walks can be stressful or near impossible if she's having a bad day. We arrived to the 19th floor, and discovered our room was at the FAR END of the hall. There was only ONE ROOM beyond ours! The newly remodeled rooms are quite nice, however. Just wish coffee was available in the room.

Very quiet, nice clean room

I performed a solo cannonball run across the country. The staff was super excited to see and welcome me. No crazy speeding or anything. Just wanted to see how fast I could do it for fun.

Very smooth overall experience with booking all the way to check out . Staff were easy to work with and were great always had a positive attitude.

Good location, had a grocery store within walking distance and a short drive to rose bowl. Only bummer is they make you pay per day for parking.
