公園まですぐのホテル
ベランダ側が、全面の透明ガラスなので、木々の間に空や向かいの洋館が見えて、気持ち良かった。応接のソファーも大きいのが３つありのんびりできた。

Duży potencjał ale trzeba wyszkolić personel
Pokoje standardowe trochę za wąskie. Personel sprzątający nie uzupełnia wody, kosmetyków, kawy /herbaty a gości hotelowych mija jak powietrze. Sprzątanie też dosyć powierzchowne w oczekiwaniu na finalny wyjazd gości. Personel w recepcji kompetentny i uprzejmy ale raczej nie ma wpływu na resztę załogi. Restauracja czynna tylko do 20-tej ale jest oczekiwanie od gości na wybór menu do 19-tej. Parking hotelowy wystarcza na maks. 50 %obłożenia. Stan elewacji drewnianych budynku kiepski.
Ogólne wrażenie: hotel nie jest dobrze zarządzany, ale to jest do naprawienia o ile właściciel hotelu będzie tym zainteresowany.

Chambre confortable avec petit balcon et jolie vue
Séjour de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Accueil agréable (malgré quelques difficultés en anglais). Chambre avec petit balcon et jolie vue. Confortable et disposant d'un petit frigo très pratique pour le séjour.
Buffet petit-déjeuner copieux et diversifié (même si ça manque de fruits). Grand hôtel typique des stations de montagne. Rapport qualité-prix très correct. Un peu excentré et en hauteur.

Wygodne łóżko, idealne położenie
Hotel położony przy Parku Górnym nieopodal pięknego placu Dietla. Apartament czysty i codziennie sprzątany, pokoje niedawno odnawiane. Śniadania urozmaicone i smaczne. Widok hotelu z zewnątrz może nie zachęcać - czuje on czasy z ubiegłego wieku, ale wewnątrz miła niespodzianka. Problemem tylko skorzystanie z sali fitness - klucz został wydany gościowi, który z nim zniknął...

Super place to rest
Room was a bit small but the hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Comfortable bed and nice breakfast. Szczawnica is a perfect destination to rest. Will come back in autumn
