Hotel w miarę ok, najlepszy Pan Sebastian z recepcji bardzo pomocny i umilił pobyt. Poza tym pokój gorszy niż na zdjęciach, na poddaszu, za co dostali rekompensatę (ale dopiero po interwencji) bon 200 zł do wykorzystania w spa lub restauracji. Masaż wykonuje uczennica, która do 16-ej pracuje w zupełnie innym zawodzie i nie bardzo zna się na masażu, odradzam. Restauracja słynie z naleśników, nawet opisuje się jako "naleśnikarnia", a na śniadanie ani razu nie było naleśników. Codziennie dokładnie to samo, mało opcji dla osób, które nie jedzą mięsa, tosty np. Tylko z szynką. Jedzenie dobre. Hotel około 2,5 km od centrum, ale jak ktoś lubi chodzić to nie problem :) Generalnie czysto, spa bardzo ubogie, mało przypomina prawdziwe spa w innych hotelach. Cena trochę zbyt wysoka do jakości, ale generalnie ocena dobra.

Super pobyt

Spędziliśmy z rodziną 3 noce. Wrażenia wspaniałe. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła z profesjonalnym podejściem. Świetne widoki z okna. Super rozwiązanie ze śniadaniem w formie bufetu. Hotel bardzo przyjemny i dość obszerny, znajdzie się tutaj miejsce na relaks, dzieci mają swój kątek do zabaw jak również plac zabaw na zewnątrz. Organizacja wycieczek spod hotelu jest bardzo świetnym udogodnieniem. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Polecamy bardzo gorąco.

Nice hotel in a perfect spot for hitchhiking!

The hotel location is great. It's close to Szczawnica from where you can start your trips around Pieniny mountains. The hotel itself is OK, but not more than that. Rooms are clean-ish (bathroom had a lot to wish for, shower sink was cogged) and quite cosy, though the decoration was a little too chaotic - decoration elements did not really match each other. Another issue is the hotel policy on drinking your own water/drinks inside hotel room - though they provide you with a kettle (no tea or coffee), they forbid you to drink in the room - weird. There's a spacious parking in front of the hotel, so you do not have to worry about leaving your car on the street. Staff is pleasant and happy to help. Overall, I'm pleased with the stay in Smile, we had good nights sleep and pleasant time.

Hotel bardzo fajny, przemiła obsługa, dobre jedzenie w restauracji, pokoje czyste, przyjemne. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu jedyny minus to taki że strasznie słychać hałasy z innych pokoi a na dodatek nikt nie potrafił postawić do pionu rodziców których dzieci hałasowały do 24h.

It was a 2 days stay. The hotel is nicely located, close to hiking trails. The room was big and clean. We got some sandwiches becuase we were leaving before they served breakfast. Free wifi. The only annoying thing I found was parking. In the afternoon there was no single parking spot, solution suggested in the reception: double parking. The price per night comparing to what you get is too high.
