It was definitely not quiet. Honking of horns and street noise could be heard from 15th floor. Room was adequate and clean. Requested adapter from front desk as usb and adapter not working in room. Never received nor no follow up. Stay was okay. No major complaints.

We were accommodated when requesting a room with a tub shortly before our stay and it made a big difference after pounding the pavement all day! Every staff member was friendly and helpful, room clean and quiet.
