Incredible stay! Beautiful hotel. We especially liked the Moroccan á la carte dinner and both of the buffets! The beach is beautiful and the waves are so fun, would have been even better if we knew how to surf. The lovely man who served us Moroccan mint tea every morning made our stay always with a welcoming smile and amazing customer service! Thank you so much.

We had a great stay at the resort, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The entertainment and animation team were fantastic and staff were attentive. The only thing that ruined our stay was the food poisoning on the last two days!

It was the staff, they were nothing but welcoming and so friendly. The place is Muslim friendly and the entertainment was so fun. The staff from the moment of check in and check out were so amazing and kind! Thank you so much white beach hotel and I hope to return soon. I definitely recommend this place for everyone!!

Hotel spotless and very friendly attentive staff. Breakfast could be improved as I enjoy full English but nothing like that available.(not even fried eggs) Evening meals were very varied and the Italian buffet is a very good alternative to the main buffet. Plenty of room around the 6 pools and no shortage of sunbeds although they were very uncomfortable

Very tired hotel that they have literally just started to improve. Lack of cutlery, glasses, plates etc, have to relay your own table most nights, if you are not there at opening time. Swim up pool rooms are 40cm paddling pools and filthy. Bars have constant long queues and regularly run out of products. Bar staff substitute things e.g no white rum so use vodka and cocktails often taste similar for this reason. 95% of drinks are local and very poor quality. Bedroom cleaning often missed completely, but left as a dangerous skating rink, when they do do it, with patio doors left open after a serious accident. Drinks supplies (both mini bar and coffee) rarely replaced and towels missed. Entertainment virtually non existent during the day despite long listings displayed, very mediocre at night. Sometimes childish even. Poor labelling of food, occasionally even incorrect. Would not stay here again.

This hotel was really clean, great facilities. Loved the sofas near the jacuzzi area. Very friendly staff really look after you. Amazing service. Great place for relaxation but there isnt much to do around the area you would need to travel more into central agadir. Nonetheless cannot fault the hotel they are as accomodating as they can be. We would revisit again

Excellent stay

Overall an excellent experience, staff helpful attentive, a special mention to Anya the housekeeper who kept our room spotless. Mohammad in the Italian restaurant, Massi in the outside terrace who runs this section faultlessly and finally Mustapha in the upstairs bar. A superb selection of food in the restaurants, everybody should be able to find something to eat. Just a couple of observations, the 220 rooms sold with a garden view, really do not have one just a service road and wall, think you need to be aware of this when booking. Plenty of sunbeds around the many pools, but people still reserve them with towels!.Feel that as the resort is selling as 5* the sunbeds should have cushions as after a while they do become a bit uncomfortable.

A nice resort, property is very well maintained. Food was great but Azha restaurant was a disaster, avoid it, we ended up leaving after two bites of beef couscous, the worst ever I had in Morocco, but the other buffet option was great. A lot of pools and very nice open air jacuzzis with great sitting area. Check in was average, staff had no smiles, didn’t feel any welcoming atmosphere, however the cashier was full of life and made up for all the sad faces at the reception. Room was very comfortable with all you need in a room. Snack bar around swimming pools served chicken nuggets, macaroni, tuna and chicken sandwiches with so so quality. Overall a great experience, will definitely recommend.

This as a beautiful property in a stunning location if you like the waves and the sea. It couldn't be better in that respect. The property is really clean, and the swimming pools are fantastic. The food is excellent, there is a variety and the restaurant staff are excellent. The beach bar staff are brilliant and the activities team are really appropriate- only involving or including people who want to be. There is plenty of space for sunbathing around the pools. The room is lovely. The let-down. I went to reception three times to report that the patio door wouldn't lock, that the plug sockets in the room didn't work, and the shower in the room was almost always cold. Nothing was done about this at all. So cold showers in a five star hotel, anxiety around a ground floor room having a broken lock on the door, and unable to charge laptop etc,. unacceptable especially when I walked to reception multiple times to ask for help. The phone in the room didn't work, with some bizarre code required to make it work - I was never provided with the code. Some significant let-down's for an otherwise excellent property. The spa, hammam etc seemed a bit inaccessible without booking expensive treatments which was a shame. Gym could be open out of hours. Thanks to the lovely people who cleaned the room every day.

Large resort. Very comfortable rooms. Very close to sea with great beach and surf. Don’t expect calm seas; it’s a surf resort. Staff very helpful. Facilities very good. Not a lot else in the area at the moment, but everything catered for in hotel if you’re looking for a great place to relax and unwind. Agadir close enough to visit. Souk worth a trip.

The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning views and well-maintained surroundings. However, there were a few disappointments during our stay. Despite being advertised as heated, the indoor pool was not warm at all, and the outdoor pools were also too cold to use — which was a real letdown, especially considering the resort’s “Ultra” package description. It was also unclear what made this an Ultra All-Inclusive experience compared to a regular all-inclusive stay. We were surprised to find that certain alcoholic drinks still required additional payment, which didn’t align with what was advertised. Overall, while the setting and scenery were lovely, the amenities and clarity around the “Ultra” inclusions did not meet expectations.

Beautiful Hotel

This hotel is beautiful. My husband and I have just spent two weeks at this hotel. It is spotlesslessly clean, and the staff are wonderful - engaging, polite and happy to do anything for you. The hotel is perfectly situated near the beach so there is a constant coastal breeze which helps to take the edge off the heat. There are 3 restaurants - 1 a la carte specialising in Moroccan food, an Italian and International buffet style. There is plenty of food to suit all tastes but it what was really pleasing was it never felt over full and food is replenished constantly. Lots of fish and seafood, including sushi and oysters too ! The spa facilities were lovely and the back massage and reflexology treatments were bliss. There are plenty of sunbeds and sofas, several pools and jacuzzi's so definitely no over crowding. The lobby bakery is lovely for a mid morning coffee and cake stop. Our only criticism is this hotel is billed as ultra all inclusive but international drinks came with an additional price tag - although we were offered a 10% discount ! Given the money spent on the booking, we wouldn't expect to pay anything more. Also, the need for plastic wristbands ??? Again, not expected of an ultra all inclusive hotel. Would we return - absolutely !
