"Avoid! We stayed mid-Sept (2026) and were excited to try an adventure of a room 'in a pub'. It was a horrific experience and we departed early. We (3 women) had the courtyard triple room (#23). As soon as we entered the room, we noticed a dampness and a strong smell of mildew. We thought heat would help but the radiator would not turn on; we went to the bar staff (part of the problem is that there is no on-site manager to resolve issues) and the bar staff told us the heat is not turned on until...

"A classic old Irish property. Everything was gracious and subdued. Very calming and relaxing. The hosts were attentive and helpful while at the same time they were unobtrusive. A great two days and we will definitely return. Don't miss the breakfast!!"
