Nice & clean hotel with friendly staffs & services. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle bus between the hotel & HSR Chiayi station. It is located next to the Southern branch of National Palace Museum. Easy walk to the museum. Looks like a new developed area so not many stores & restaurants nearby.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room is very clean and spacious. We ordered the same dishes in the restaurant for the past two days as they’re extremely delicious. What I do appreciate most about this hotel is this hotel shuttle bus service is excellent. Although I travelled with my disabled wife in a wheelchair, we got all the assistance during our stay.

Nice hotel, superb service

Diagonally opposite the south gate of the National Palace Museum (NPM) Southern Branch. Ten minutes drive from the Chiayi High Speed Rail Station, either by taking bus, taxi, NPM shuttle bus or hotel shuttle bus. The room is spacious, clean and elegant, equipped with modern facilities. The hotel staff ~ lobby hosts, hotel porters, front desk receptionists, room attendants, .... are all polite, attentive and efficient. Service is excellent.

Very nice place~ clean and cozy. you can borrow bicycle and even light motorcycle at the front as transportation. Only one little trouble is the TV controller is not working very well.

I went with my elderly parents and get a farthest room from elevators . I paid the more with the museum view room but not really getting. We had dinner with my cousin down stairs cafeteria,(because we didn’t make reservations for the 2nd floor restaurant)we waited for dinner more than 40 minutes with flies and mosquitoes . All the service staffs are very nice. But the experience is not quality good
