The service was just fantastic and the girls that check me in, sorry dint get her name, just went all out to make everything just perfect even got me a room for 11 am instead of 4 pm went it supposed to check inn after a overnight flight, the room perfect the location perfent, will stay their again. I highly recommend this place. The first night was rough since we had an issue with a bad odor coming from the bathroom drain. We immediately let the front desk know and we were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice. This property has an outstanding customer service, quick to respond and they provide water bottles and snacks in the lobby. The area is close to everything and surprisingly quiet. Front desk also printed out my visa to Vietnam for free. I would stay here again.

The hotel staffs are very friendly & helpful. The room is new & clean. Location is wonderful, able to access to many places. The famous NingXia Night market was just downstairs the hotel. I strongly recommend to everyone and please select a bigger room if you want more spacious.

Nice stay

Very neat hotel. Safe for a solo traveller. The staff were so nice and accommodating. They allowed me check in early to get some rest and accommodated a mate check out too. Everything was easy, even though I didn't speak the language. Plus they had amazing amenities like the heated mirror, good water pressure and beauty light. Will definitely stay again.

Great location. Close to metro and night market. A lot of food options around. If you like to walk, it’s a walking distance for some major city attractions. Room was small but spotless. Beds are very comfortable what helped us to change out time zone. You can hear people talking outside of room if they pass, but not many would pass our room. Unlimited and great snacks/soft drinks 24/7 in a lobby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Check in/out seamless. We arrived one day earlier than planned and couldn’t reserve the same room type for first night. Staff was very nice to upgrade our first night room to the same level as rest of nights, thank you! Shower pressure was great. The only issue we had with conditioner. It worked well but I couldn’t figure out how to switch it to climate control so it stops when cold enough. I should ask staff but it wasn’t a big deal and I let it go. We definitely will book this hotel when will visit Taipei next time. It’s not upscaled hotel with more perks, but excellent for the price we had.

写真のとおり白が基調で、部屋の掃除も行き届いており心地よい滞在ができました。 チェックイン時もスタッフの方が親切でスムーズでした。 ペットボトルのお水や紙パックのジュース、スナックが共有スペースに置いてあり、スナックは種類もたくさんあって選ぶのが楽しかったです。 一点だけ地味に困ったのは、部屋に窓がなく、かつ洗面所の鏡が間接照明だったので、メイクをする時に明るい環境が確保できなかったことです。 台湾は窓なしのホテルが結構あるので、部屋のタイプに窓の有無を明記していてくれると助かるなと感じました。

山中駅から徒歩10分くらい、初日はトランクを引きづりながらで距離を感じましたが、歩いてみると大した距離ではありませんでした。 入り口が「え？」と思うような入り口です。1階は24時間営業の店、コンビニも近く、夜市も目の前で治安と便利性は全く問題ありません。 ホテルは白を基調として清潔感がありエレベーターを降りるとフリードリンクやお菓子があります。部屋は綺麗に清掃されまどはありませんが窮屈さはありません。シャワーの入り口で足をつまずきます、気をつけて。シャワーは痛いくらいの水圧でした。 腰掛ける浴室に椅子があると嬉しいです。 タオルはカウンターに持っていくと新しいものと交換してくれます。 清掃は基本やってくれませんが、お金を払うとやってくれます。3日くらいなら全く必要ありません。 最低限のサービスで用があるときはLINEで連絡すると対応してくれます。 特に不自由は感じませんでした。 可もなく不可もなく、海外旅行に不安のない人には十分なホテルだと思います。
