The room looked exactly like in the pictures. It was very tidy and cleaned everyday. They also provided two water bottles each day for free. I booked a standard room but on a high floor and the view was great. The location of the hotel is very convenient because it is right next to the Taipei Main Station / Airport MRT Station. The Ximending Shopping-District and tasty dining options are also not far away. The TV was also very good because you can cast your own content on it easily. I was very satisfied overall.

Convenient place to stay next to the main station. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is expensive though compared to similar hotels in the same area. Breakfast buffet was okay, but also expensive in comparison to going for breakfast in the surrounding area.

This hotel provided a very comfortable stay. The interior design was superb, and the spacious bed with its firm mattress ensured a great night's sleep! I'd love to stay here again! Even with the AC on full blast, it felt a bit chilly at night, but when I requested an extra blanket, they brought it right away. The service was excellent.

I loved this hotel. My room had a corner view and it was perfect. I also really liked that. The canteen is open 24 hours a day. It’s a bar/restaurant/lounge. It is only about a three minute walk to the metro and about an eight minute walk to the main train station. Very convenient. It is also about an eight minute walk to one of the night markets. And the main post office is right around the corner. It’s in a great location to do all the tours. The room was a bit small but adequate. I loved that I could cast from my phone onto the TV. Everything was controlled via an iPad that they supply. The window shades the lights. The TV were all at the touch of an iPad, I would stay there again.

The bar area was very neat and tidy with very attentive staff. We did not have breakfast in the hotel. Our room was very good although a little on the small side. Nice ipad to control everything in the room. Convenient for railway station and bus services.
