대가족 5명

가족 5명 여행으로 3박 4일 묵었어요. 반지하(?)여서 당황했지만, 쓰기에 무리 없었어요. (엘리베이터는 지하를 가지 않았음) 와이파이도 잘 터졌고 타이베이101이 골목에서부터 보여서 신기했어요. 주변에 편의점이 걸어서 5-10분 정도고, 마트같은 곳은 걸어서 15분 정도에 위치. 보안도 좋았고 서비스도 좋았어요.

門鎖鬆掉, 幾乎像是快要爛, 令人擔心安全問題。 沙發床很不舒服, 跟相片不乎, 而且地點不夠方便, 令人失望。

I stayed on the 6th floor and water leaked through ceiling and making the unit wet and stink. Staffs are very responsive and moved us to another hotel because the property was fully booked. They called taxi for us and reimburse the taxi fare to us. Since we left in rush, I left my jacket at the leaking unit. They even bring it back to us to the other hotel the next day. The Con is, there s no staff after 7pm to 10am. If something happen in between, you need to call to the other property location for help. If you lost the key or something, then it might be a big deal if between those hours.

整體都很滿意，只是枕頭比較睡得不太舒服，太軟身，沒有後備的。 前台服務員很好，我們因有阻滯而7點15分才到，她都等我們check in，令我們後安心。

흠...

우선 저희가 2층 6층에 묵었는데 엘리베이터가 없었어요...2층은 짐들고 계단으로 올라가야하고 6층은 5층에 내려서 짐들고 계단으로 올라가는 구조였어요 ㅜㅜ 방은 전반적으로는 나쁘지 않고 불만은 따로 없었어요 근데 마지막날 1층 카운터에 공항가는 택시를 예약하고 돈을 미리 지불했는데 약속한 시간에 차가 오지 않아서 너무 곤란했어요... 저희가 차를 9시에 예약했는데 사무실 직원들은 10시부터 출근이라 나오지도 않고 연락도 할 수 없어서 거기 청소 하시는 분들(영어불가능)한테 안되는말 되는말 다 해서 9시가 훨씬 지나 차 부른거 환불 받고 개인적으로 택시 2대로 공항 왔네요 ㅠㅠ

Location of property is good. Took airport bus 1960 to grand hyatt and walk to the hotel. Property is within 2 MRT stations and bus stops to night market is only 5 minutes away. Taipei 101 is about 10 minutes away. Overall satisfied book this hotel. Wife and son also agrees with me.

It is less than 10 mins walk to Taipei 101 & World Trade Centre station, staff are friendly & helpful, the only downside is, shower, you cannot mix hot and cold water.
