The pool was beautiful. The National Park was easy access via local busses and shuttle busses. The park is absolutely stunning. The room was clean. The reception did not explain how to access the hot springs well. I had to ask other guests and/or the lifeguard. The restaurant dinner and breakfast was good although the coffee machine was broken.

Brand new carpets and great breakfast!

As a long-time repeat customer of this hotel, I was very pleased to find that, after the recent ownership change, all the carpets were nicely replaced, and the buffet breakfast has also improved. Keep on the good work!

Overall I like its quietness and very clean and spacious spring water tub. The only issue I have is the restaurant food. Being a vegetarian, there is only 2 items in their restaurant menu, and the food standard didn't correspond to its price.

客房很冷沒提供暖氣，溫泉不熱，沒泡很冷，泡了更冷，早知房間有年頭，心理也有準備，也看的出有重新粉刷，但又有地方不合理，譬如，馬桶蓋大於馬桶？新粉刷的天花板有黑手指印，桌上燈具罩搖來搖去，沒有除濕機，桌子少一隻腳？冰箱也奇怪，以上這些都花不了多少錢啊？服務員的態度是真好，但是那又怎麼樣呢？
