Pros: perfect location, steps away from Taipei main station. Easy to get around. Room is spacious with a small open kitchen and living area. Staff are responsive and helpful. Communication is clear. Cons: blanket is too thick/warm, need to lower the AC temperature in order to sleep.

The one bedroom apartment was perfect for our family stay (x2 adults and x2 teenagers). Room and building is slightly older, however very clean and has all the necessary amenities. We really liked the extra laundry room which had the washer/dryer and also allowed us to store all our suitcases out if sight, making the rooms more spacious. In terms of location, can't be beaten with multiple MRT entrie/exits including at the front of the building. The building includes a mix of multiple hotel/apartment providers and businesses. Shop, eateries, virtually everything is within a stones throw away.

The place is super convenient. Basically next to the Taipei Main station which can take you anywhere. It's also walkable to Ximen so close enough to the actions. Staff was responsive online and nice. Room has great view given we are on one of the high floors. Luggage storage facility was provide so very convenient. The only negative is a small bathroom and shower.
