Was clean , good a c

Bed was beat up. Guard was hostile to my guest.

Our stay at Westside Manila Hotel was okay, but overall, it did not quite meet our expectations. Although the room was clean, it was much smaller than we anticipated, almost like a micro-hotel room, which made the space feel quite limited. The buffet area was also very crowded and busy, making the dining experience feel more like being in a public market than enjoying a relaxing hotel breakfast. The lobby had a similar issue, with so many people waiting around that it felt overcrowded. I think a larger lobby with more seating and waiting space would greatly improve the guest experience. We appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel, but we were hoping for more spacious accommodations and a more comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. Overall, the stay was a little disappointing, as the experience did not quite meet our expectations. There is certainly room for improvement in the room sizes and the management of crowded common areas. Regards, Juliet
