We got a handicap room with 2 full beds when I booked 2 queen beds, was impossible to sleep with my husband in that bed, they didn’t have towels on the 2 days I was there, I request the manager to call us and still never received that call. Very disappointed of the hotel and service was the worst !!!

One of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at. The room was very clean, well appointed, and the staff was excellent. It was a very reasonable price with breakfast included. I’ve stayed at nicer places before and gotten much less so hats off to Best Western. You are definitely doing something right here.

The property was okay. They price gouged ridiculously charging $400 per night because of FSU graduation. The WiFi did not work nor did they care or even apologize. There are no usb chargers in the room, so had to go buy a block at Circle K at midnight for $25. Just nit a consumer friendly place.

This was a very clean property, nicely decorated with a great bathroom that would be very appreciated by anyone with disabilities. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly.

We reserved a king suite accessible room. The roll in shower was the highlight for my hubby! Everything was clean, towels nice, toilitries better than standard fare. TV was a little tricky to use, but figured it out. The bed was decent. The walls seem to be thin, we could hear a small child running back and forth a lot, but couldn't tell if he was upstairs or next door. Could also hear this child crying. When in the bathroom, we could hear conversation and the TV in the room next door. The hot breakfast was nice. The clerks at check in and out were friendly and professional. Even the housekeeping staff was friendly! We did find the pole lamp plug in the room had been crammed by the small couch. We had to pull out the couch and straighten the plug for the light to work. The side entrance we were advised to use is a little steep for someone with mobility issues, but this entrance was closest to our room. The front door works better for access. All in all this was the nicest hotel we stayed at for our 4 day road trip. I would highly recommend it.

The property manager and associate working on Saturday, March 20, 2024 at approximately 8:00 am were phenomenal. We were in town for a funeral and had arrived early. They allowed us to check in early. They were knowledgeable, accommodating and courteous. The entire staff on Mach 20th and March 21st were great. They provided excellent customer service and made our stay an awesome one. For fear of spelling the manager’s name incorrectly, I will not list it here but I believe it began with an A. We went to our room after checking in and then went out. Came back about an hour later and key card no longer worked. After getting new cards which did not work and then waiting for the maintenance person, it was determined that the battery on the electronic pad was dead. We then had to get another room. Luckily we hadn't brought our luggage in.

It was by far the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in a hotel…great pillows too. It was a great choice. And the check-in was easy with a super friendly front desk lady. All in all, I will most definitely stay here again.
