Excellent hotel

Hotel is new, Excellent service. Room is comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast. 5mins walk to Tallinn Port and 15mins walk to the old city.

Brand-new good location hotel

It was a brand-new hotel, so everything was clean and new. Stuff were were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is good which is around 10 minutes walk from Helsinki ferry terminal. Hotel is 5-8 minute walk to historic old town of Tallinn.

Modern hotel with great service – small hiccups at

A very modern and comfortable hotel. The room, breakfast, and overall atmosphere were excellent – definitely 5-star. The staff were friendly and helpful, though I had to visit reception several times to get my key card updated (probably a new trainee). Minor inconvenience aside, this was the best stay during my trip through Estonia. Highly recommended.

The reception staff were super friendly! We arrived earlier than expected and they kindly allowed us to check in right away, we really appreciated their warm hospitality. The 24/7 gym is small but it’s well maintained. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection, though it did get very crowded at times and it was difficult to find a table. The large shared table was a nice option, but we noticed one table for two was kept “reserved” for nearly an hour while many guests were still looking for a seat, which felt a bit unfair. The location is excellent, only about a 15 minute walk to the Old Town. Overall, a great stay with welcoming service.

Perfect!

We stayed two nights in August. The hotel is brand new! It’s convenient location to old town and the ferries makes it an ideal spot. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. We would absolutely stay again.

Siisti hotelli erinomainen sijainti ja palvelu.

Uusi tuttavuus, erittäin siisti hotelli. Complimentary-kivennäisvedet olivat mukava lisä. Sänky oli erinomainen ja petivaatteet sekä pyyhkeet laadukkaita. Kylpyhuone oli tilava ja hotellihuone erittäin hiljainen, hyvä äänieristys. Otimme huoneen ylemmästä kerroksesta, ja oltiin 5. kerroksen huoneessa, josta oli kiva näkymä Old City Marinaan. Hotellin sijainti mitä mainioin, vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista. Aamupala oli rento ja tarjolla klo 12 asti – valikoima ehkä hieman kapea, mutta kuitenkin riittävä, ja kaikki oli laadukasta. Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä. Sisäänkirjautuminen hoidettiin yhdessä vastaanoton virkailijan kanssa koneella elektronisesti, ja se onnistui vaivattomasti. Alakerran ravintolan illallinen ansaitsee erityismaininnan: ruoka maukasta, hinta-laatusuhde erinomainen, burger täydellinen. Palvelu ravintolassa ja baarissa erinomaista – kiitos erityisesti herralle, joka oli siellä silloin töissä 16.10. Kaikin puolin erittäin tyytyväinen asiakas!

Hotelli on siisti, uusi kun on. Huoneet ovat kivat, sängyt hyvät. Henkilökunta ei ollut aina ajan tasalla. Hommassa oli harjoittelun makua, tuntui, että koululaisia oli hommissa. Juomavalikoimissa oli puutteita, vähän erikoisempia drinkkejä ei osattu tehdä. Kun uusi hotelli avataan, pitäisi alussa olla täysi meininki päällä. Hotelli lienee avattu elokuussa, eli aikaa on ollut.

Top Hotel, aber trockene Luft

Total modernes und erst kürzlich eröffnetes Hotel nahe dem Rotermann Viertel und der Dicken Margarethe. Auf unserer Rundreise durch Estland war das hier das modernste und „wertigste“ Hotel (gute Möbel, Badezimmertüre mit verdeckten Scharnieren usw.). Es ist einfach alles neu, auf hohem Niveau und extrem sauber. Sogar im top ausgestatteten Fitnessraum (mit Brita Wasserspender!) liegt kein Staubkorn unter den Geräten. Im relativ großen Zimmer gibt es einen ebenso großen TV und einen leeren Kühlschrank (also keine überteuerte Minibar, sondern für eigene Sachen). Auf dem Zimmer gibt es einen Wasserkocher, Kaffee und Tee. Das Frühstück war auch super, von der Auswahl her aber eher im gehobenen Mittel. Keine fünf Sterne von mir, weil die trockene Luft im Zimmer echt unangenehm war. Es ist einfach ein Unding, dass man die Fenster nicht zum Lüften öffnen kann. Das Gebäude hat sechs (?) Stockwerke, das ist kein Wolkenkratzer.
