The pools and sauna were lovely including the swim up bar. The rooms were clean and well cared for. The rooms and hotel common areas could use an update. It was a concenient location near the harbour, ferries ans Old Town

Just on the outskirts & within walking distance of the old, also next to the port for easy access to the ferryboat to Helsinki, this hotel is in a prime spot . The rooms are clean & very spacious, we had the grandkids with us so had a top floor suite , with its own sauna . The Aqu spa with its different pools & 4 saunas & steams rooms is worth adding to your booking ,the breakfast was very good , with Full English ,omelette s , & continental as a chioce .i would definitely stay here again, & i give this hotel 10/10

Family staycation

We had a pleasant stay in spa hotel. Room was very spacey. Easy to fit pram as well. There were small playground in the 1st floor. Also breakfast area had it's own play area for children so it was easy for us adults to enjoy our breakfast while children were playing. Easy to order food with Wolt for example from many options if the hotel food wasn't interesting. Also chance to bring the trash out of the room thanks to big waste separation point. Breakfast had many options. The hotel was very easy to reach from harbour. Only negative thing was spa's shower area that was a bit too watery and uncomfortable. Own slippers is very much needed there. Otherwise there were many nice and different pools and saunas.

This cant be a 4 star hotel

I dont recommend this hotel at all. Ive read the reviews before going there, but did not think it would be that bad. Well, they were true. The reception staff acted like they didnt care and did not provide us with any information regarding out stay and spa area. The spa area was nice, had many sauna option, which was good, but the massage treatment was absolutely horrible. The room was also cold. Waste of money. Only thing good about the hotel was the rooms. Good standard and clean. Thats it.

Hotel room was nice, but a bit worn out. There were no other bedside table and we asked to get it. Staff was suggesting to change rooms. We didn’t want to switch, and they promised to bring the table. It never arrived.

Great hotel with a good spa

Very nice, modern hotel. Breakfast was not included in the price so we didn’t go. The room was very clean, amazing beds!!!! They were super comfortable, they even have a pillow menu and for 5€ per room you can choose from a wide variety of pillows, but the default one was very good too. There was a balcony to get some fresh air into the room. Spa is 8-22 and free for hotel guests, good range of saunas and two large indoor pools. The staff was nice and helpful. The only thing is, it was not dirty per se but could’ve been better. There was a stain, likely from a spilled drink on Sunday evening in the spa. The next morning the stain was still there, so the floor likely wasn’t cleaned. The hotel is about 1,2km from the old town center, depending on your view that might be a little far, but there is a tram stop very close

Our bathroom was full of black mold. Hair dryer was very dirty. A lot of dirt and dust around the room. The pillows were falling apart. The spa was full of running kids. So doors to saunas are constantly open. The spa itself smelled like chlorine but looked very dirty. Me and my 13 years old went there with excitement but left the spa in 30 mins max since it was too hectic, too dirty and I started to have allergic reaction from all of the chlorine. I would give maximum of 2.5 stars to this place. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but left after first night.
