Very nice apartment

Very nice apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice and quiet. Walking distance to the old town. Check-in was smooth. I had to give them a call though, because I did not receive any instructions for the check-in procedure in advance. Ireceived an email within minutes after calling so that worked out fine. I had some problems getting the tv in living room to work, since everything av unplugged when I got there, and there was not many instructions around. But it all worked out after awhile. I wish the app on the iPad that was controlling the heating/ventilation had English text, but its not a huge problem these days with Google translate around. I can recommend this apartment and I would like to og back there if I ever visit Tallinn again in the future.

Apartment was great!

This was my first trip to Estonia, the apartment was great. Very clean. The property manager was very helpful leading up to and during the trip. The only downside was that hotels.com advertised that there was transportation to and from the airport which wasn't the case. I ended up taking a taxi both ways, which worked out just fine. Since transportation wasn't provided the property manager did recommend a few good taxi services.

Casa confortevole ottima posizione

La struttura è vicina al porto e allo stesso tempo permette di raggiungere a piedi il centro storico. Ottima pulizia e completamente accessoriata. La sauna funziona benissimo! Unica pecca l’assenza di tende oscuranti nelle camere. Se siete abituati a dormire al buio, portatevi una mascherina altrimenti la sveglia all’alba sarà assicurata dalla luce delle ampie vetrate. Un ultimo consiglio: portate qualche tappetino per la doccia. La struttura ne è sprovvista e se utilizzate la sauna diventano davvero indispensabili.

Excellent location to ferry and Medeival Town

2 weeks prior to our arrival, we received notification from Reiko, the property manager (absolutely kind person) that our pre-paid 2 bedroom apartment (4 beds) would not be available due to broken plumbing issues. We were downgraded to a 1 bedroom and still needing extras beds to accommodate my daughters. When we arrived Reiko brought the extra cots which were crowding the living room. Other than some other minor issues, we were so happy with the location. We walked from the ferry dock to the apartment, excellent restaurants on the first floor, and easy walking distance across the street to the most beautiful 14 century medieval town. I highly recommend this property.

Ei sitä mitä varasin.

Varasin huoneen noin puoli vuotta ennen vierailua, muutama päivä ennen vierailua huoneisto vaihdettiin eri osoitteeseen. Uudessa huoneistossa ei ollut saunaa eikä ilmastointia. Varaamassani huoneistossa oli tilaa 4:lle tämä vain 2:lle. Kommunikointi onnistui vain meilitse vaikka varaustiedoissa oli annettu puhelinnumero. Saimme kuitenkin huoneeseen varavuoteen ja puuttunut sauna korvattiin ilmaisella paikoituksella. Mielestäni saimme vain normaalin huoneen erittäin hyvän huoneen hinnalla.

Great apartment and Reiko was wonderful in answering all my questions! The apartment was in walking distance of the port and grocery stores so it very convenient. The airport wasn't too far away either. Highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!

Tips for early arrival

Don’t trust that you can temporarily leave your luggage at the key pickup location. Storage at the key pickup location only allow a small bag not luggage. So you will feel trouble when you arrive the key pickup location before checkin time.

Misleading

We booked an apartment with a sauna. We did not have a sauna in the apartment given to us. Pretty disapointing as we had planned a sauna night. The instruction manual was missing, so we had to call to find all the room information such as WiFi code etc. We informed that there was no bottled water in the room which was included and nothing was done about it. The apartment was however clean and had a nice design, however we feel it was not what we booked and over priced for what it is.

Loistava sijainti, erittäin siisti ja kaunis huoneisto. Kaihtimet / pimentävät verhot myös olohuoneeseen olisi hyvä asia, mutta muutoin ei moitteen sanaa. Ilmainen wifi. Yllättävän hiljainen, vaikka onkin vilkkaasti liikennöidyn tien varressa. Mitä muuta...? Täydellinen huoneisto shoppailumatkalle!

Hieno, tasokas asunto.

Place was great. Sauna was good in Finnish standards. I liked location, close old town and shopping areas. I liked parking place at the basement of house. Secure place, so car was safe, so I could leave some things in car. One small negative detail: In appartment we were 3 persons, but towels for two persons. So, add towells and it is great. Hieno asunto. Sauna oli hyvä ja helppo käyttää. Hyvät löylyt, kun lämmitti 80 asteeseen. Sijainti loistava. Satama lähellä, vanha kaupunki tien toisella puolella, ostoskeskukset korttelin toisella puolella. Alkot vieressä. Ainoa miinus oli, että pyyhkeet oli vain kahdelle. Kannattaa kysyä, jos enemmän kuin kaksi henkilöä aikoo majoittua.

A great weekend in Tallinn

Excellent and comfortable apartment in a new modern building. A beautiful view from the window, the location is 5-10 minutes walk from the old town. Good sauna. Double sofa in the living room and a double bed in a separate bedroom. Very friendly staff!

Oikein hyvä kokonaisuus

Oikein hyvä ja hieno huoneisto. Kaikki tarvittavat löytyivät. Hyvä sänky sekä tyynyt. Hyvät vuodevaatteet. Sauna oli oikein hyvä. Oleskeluhuoneeseen olisin kaivannut jotain muita verhoja lisäksi. Auringon paistaessa ei tv näy. Makuuhuoneessa hyvät pimentävät verhot sekä myös tv joten se ei sinänsä häirinnyt.
