"Good - Clean, quiet, new, has kitchen and dining, grocery store is just downstairs. It’s very close to the train station exit (Bashamichi Station Exit 2A). Bad - There were no instruction manual for the air conditioner and washing machine. I asked the front desk but they gave me a different instruction manual for a different washing machine type."
