This was an excellent property for longer term stays. Not a Hotel. No front counter. The agent meets you outside the elevator lobby and escorts you to your room. Comes complete with everything you need. It is a place I would stay for a month or more.

One of the power outlets in the the room was out of shape. Rain leaks in from the window even when they are closed, wetting the floor of the room. No water coming out from the hand bidet. No additional/extra hangers available (hangers with attached cabinet were not enough).
Staff are friendly and helpful. Room environment is clean.

I had a really wonderful time staying at the Orchid Hills Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. From the moment I arrived, I was extremely well looked after, and the level of care and attention from the staff really stood out.
The area itself is fantastic—great location with plenty around, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was absolutely amazing, with clean, comfortable rooms and everything you need for a relaxing stay.
I’m so happy with my experience here and genuinely very pleased with every aspect of my stay. A big thank you to the hotel for taking such great care of me—it really made a difference.
Lonely Traveler Productions absolutely loves this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Rooms smaller and more dated than some newer hotels ( eg Grand Hyatt where we also stayed) but the breakfast and service impeccable and the best we experienced on our 2week trip. Swimming pool area as good , if not better than Grand Hyatt. The only negative is that the room doors are quite heavy ...
